A Guided Path Through Grief for Working Moms Who Have Lost a Child

I created this program so you can learn how to keep going—without leaving your love behind, stuffing how you fell or losing your mind. Here, you’ll find real life strategies, healing, and hope.

Grief has no timeline, no right or wrong way.
But you don’t have to do it alone.

Hi, I'm Yana!

I'm Here To Remind You
Your Love Is Not GOne

I know what it’s like to wake up in a world that will never feel the same again.

In 2017, I lost my son after his battle with cancer. At the time, I had been a therapist for 12 years. I had helped so many people through their struggles, but nothing could have prepared me for my own. I quickly realized that grief this deep doesn’t just hurt—it changes you.

I wasn’t just grieving my child—I was grieving the version of me that existed before he died. And like so many other moms, I was also expected to keep going, to show up at work, to function. But how do you keep living when part of you feels gone?

That’s why I created Loving You, Saving Me—a grief-informed program that helps working moms navigate the impossible. Through community, coaching, and real strategies, I guide grieving mothers in finding a way forward—without leaving their love behind.

Why This is Different!

Grief is deeply personal, and no single approach fits everyone. Therapy is invaluable, and for many, it’s a crucial part of healing. But what happens between sessions? What about the days when grief feels overwhelming—but life still demands you show up?

Loving You & Saving Me is a unique approach that combines ongoing support, guided healing, and grief coaching—all designed to move with you, not against you. This isn’t about forcing a timeline or “fixing” grief. It’s about giving you the space to process, breathe, and choose the level of support you need, when you need it.

With a blend of community, self-paced guidance, and personalized coaching, this program provides a compassionate structure that helps you navigate life after loss—at your own pace.

The best part? Everything is in one private, distraction-free place—your community, guided course, and personal support are all right here. No searching, no jumping between platforms—just a safe space to grieve, heal, and grow on your own terms.

frequently asked questions

While therapy and counseling primarily focus on addressing past traumas or mental health concerns, life coaching is future-oriented and centered around personal growth, goal-setting, and creating positive change in various aspects of your life.

That’s perfectly okay! One of the roles of a life coach is to help you clarify your goals and aspirations. We’ll work together to explore your values, passions, and areas of improvement, and create meaningful goals that align with your vision for a fulfilling life.

The duration of coaching varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find value in short-term engagements to address specific challenges, while others prefer longer-term partnerships for ongoing personal growth. Together, we’ll determine a timeline that works best for you, and you can always reassess as you make progress.

Satisfaction guaranteed
